NATHAN KELLY - SOLICITOR

Nathan has been a member of the Stacks/Goudkamp team since 2000, having joined while completing his studies at Newcastle University. He was later admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2003.

Nathan studied at Newcastle University, where he acquired his degrees in Law and Commerce however isn’t ready to stop there. He is currently studying his Masters Degree in Business and Environmental Management.

Nathan has extensive experience with public liability claims and clients who have experienced motor vehicle accidents with a particular focus on those who have sustained catastrophic injuries such as spinal or brain injuries. Nathan also works heavily with resolving claims involving injuries to children. Some of these claims have been to the value in excess of a million dollars.

As an enthusiastic, compassionate and highly driven member of the legal profession, he is a committee member of the NSW Australian Lawyers Alliance, and is also a Vice President of the Newcastle Law Society. He also regularly contributes to legal journals for Product Liability Reporter and Precedent magazine.

You will quickly discern that Nathan is big on sports, and he may tell you about his move Newcastle on a full scholarship from the Newcastle Knights. Now, he enjoys bushwalking in the state forest close to home, running with his Border Collie Toby, and is a keen enthusiast of Golf, Rugby League and Cricket.
