MARY MOLONEY - ACCREDITED SPECIALIST IN PERSONAL INJURY LAW

Mary was born in Ireland and immigrated to Australia in 1989. She has been employed by Stacks/Goudkamp since May 1998 and was admitted as a Solicitor in December 1998. In 2006 she was invited to become a director of Stacks/Goudkamp.

Mary provides legal expertise for claims resulting from motor vehicle accidents, public liability and medical negligence claims – from light injuries to catastrophic. She has also had tremendous success in representing overseas clients who were injured during their visit to Australia.

Her colleagues describe Mary as polite, honest, hard working and having great attention to detail.

Mary is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance (formerly known as Australian Plaintiffs Lawyers Association) and is a committee member of the NSW branch of that association.

She is also a member of a Motor Accident Authority project group, which is currently reviewing the law as it applies to people who have suffered injury in a motor vehicle accident in New South Wales. Through this process she works to make the law better able to deal with the needs of injured people.

Mary has a diverse range of hobbies including scuba diving, skiing, horse riding and Irish dancing. A testament to her work ethic is the fact that she has managed to do all this whilst raising a family.
