LEGAL COSTS

Stacks/Goudkamp will charge no fees unless and until the claim is successful. In other words, if you don’t win your case, you pay no fees to us.

Please note that fees are never paid on a percentage of the outcome. Percentage payments only apply in the United States.

If your claim is successful the insurance company will pay most of your legal fees. In the meantime, Stacks/Goudkamp will pay your outgoings (i.e. disbursements to cover the cost of medical reports, police records, ambulance and hospital records etc).

The insurer will reimburse us for the disbursements on the successful conclusion of the claim. If the claim is unsuccessfull these outgoings will be written off by Stacks/Goudkamp.

In order to comply with state laws it will be necessary for Stacks/Goudkamp to enter into a fee agreement with you.

This agreement will reflect the above mentioned terms and conditions.
