JULIE MAHONY - ACCREDITED SPECIALIST IN PERSONAL INJURY LAW

Julie Mahony has specialised in acting in personal injury litigation for over 30 years. She was formerly a partner of Stacks & Goudkamp Mahony from 1993 to 2001. She then left to run the Personal Injury practice of a major firm for 3 years. Julie returned to Stacks/Goudkamp in a consulting / mentor role in 2004.

Julie was admitted to practice in the ACT at the High Court in 1976, and in NSW in 1980. She has been an Accredited Specialist Personal Injury Lawyer since 1993.

She has had extensive experience in all facets of personal injury litigation including motor vehicle claims, public liability and, in particular, medical negligence claims.

Julie is regarded by her colleagues as a mentor - often providing guidance and advice to the less experienced solicitors. She has been described as warm, caring, attentive, and has the ability to complex legal jargon in plain english.

Raising 4 children used to take up all of Julie's spare time but now that they are all grown up, she is working on reducing her golf handicap.
