IVAN DZAJKOVSKI - DIRECTOR

Ivan was born in Macedonia and immigrated to Australia.

Ivan commenced his legal career in 1989 when he commenced employment with GJ Sharah Henville, Solicitors working mainly in industrial and insurance disputes. He joined Stacks/Goudkamp in March 1994 and is one of the longest serving employees. In March 2003 he became a Director of Stacks/Goudkamp Pty Ltd.

Ivan’s forte is acting for victims of accidents and insurance disputes. He prides himself in treating everybody equally. He enjoys a great rapport with his clients and is respected by his peers – who describe him as trustworthy, loyal, caring and extremely diligent.

Ivan has been involved in a number of significant cases in the High Court of Australia. He also acted in an insurance dispute in which the settlement reached was one of the highest in New South Wales or Australia. He is also a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance (formerly the Australian Plaintiffs Lawyers Association).

Anyone who meets Ivan will realise straight away that he loves sport. He is also one of a select few who have actually scored a hole in one!
