AUSTRALIAN JUDGE HEARS CASE IN LONDON’S LAW COURTS OF JUSTICE

An English client was injured in a motor vehicle accident in Sydney in 2000 while on a working holiday. He subsequently returned to England. In June 2004 Tom travelled to England for a hearing before a District Court judge from Sydney in the Law Courts of Justice, London. The case was settled for a significant sum after two days hearing.
